Okay it's confession time I'm kinda a pyro. I come by it honestly my grandfather taught me about firecrackers when I was little and my Dad took us camping all the time, so it just makes sense that we now pass the pyrotechnic flame onto the next generation. There's just something about fire that has always fascinated me. In this case we used a little spark to send a tiny model rocket soaring higher than our eyes could see. I should have done video so you could really feel the energy of the moment, the tension was so thick you could barely walk through it. Everyone holding their breath waiting for the take off. And the let down when it didn't work which only helped build up the excitement when it finally did work.
Which I guess is a lot like life. We often complain about the failures in our life but it definitely makes success that much sweeter.
